Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Returns and refunds are accepted within 15 days upon arrival of items. All items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please email "rumilycreations@gmail.com" for the return address.


If your return is based on small cosmetic damage and the item is still in usable condition, you may be offered a partial refund to keep the item, supporting images with help with this. The buyer should let us know of any faults or damages within 72 hours to allow a full review of the item/s in question.

Sadly, we cannot offer refunds on any Personalised items or sale items, however, should this item be faulty, we will gladly send out a replacement at no extra cost to the buyer. Rumily cannot be held responsible for incorrect spellings or punctuation as all personalisation is created exactly the way it is entered, so please take care. We also cannot offer refunds on sale items.

The buyer is responsible for paying any return postage costs and this will only be refunded to the original payment method if the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once our team have received the item. We recommend you send all items "signed for" as we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of items in return shipping. Please note, we will only refund postage costs of up to £3.99 unless this is a large goods item. 

Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
